HIGH RISE CONCRETE FRAME
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer with extensive high-rise building experience. You should have an in-depth knowledge of formwork systems in executing RC Frame projects across the UK. Your role will be London based, though would be expected to support some sites across the UK, though overnight travel is rare.
Your key responsibilities include:
To identify profitable opportunities with new and existing customers to supply high-rise projects with a particular focus on, long term market penetration and overall market coverage
To immerse yourself in market drivers & strategies as well as to develop and steer sales approaches with your colleagues
To be proactively involved and accountable from tendering through project acquisition and sometimes even entire project handling, depending on the complexity and scale of the project
To lead on customer demonstration across London and the UK as a technical leader.
To collaborate with sales, technical and operational teams to support
To work with regional technical teams to ensure that drawings indicate proper use of Hunnebeck equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs
To prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries
To partner with the Technical Center & Regional Engineering Teams to ensure that new technologies and products are continually challenged.
Qualifications & Experiences
Enhanced Education Background in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
Outstanding System Formwork Engineering Experience and track record in particular with high rise projects
Strong design skills in AutoCAD 2D and ideally 3D and / or Revit
You should have a stable career history
Strong leaderships skills and commercial acumen

NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Working with a major plant hire business as Operations Manager you will manage all aspects of operations including order processing, inventory management and control, business planning, branch office and equipment logistics, yard operations and administration of the daily operations of the Operations Department. He/she reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for all UK Operations
Full responsibility for all aspects multiple branch operations.
Manages all Operations staff including, Yard Management, Logistics, Yard staff, Customer Service Representative(s).
Manages human resources and staff development for all Operations employees in the branch in coordination with business policy and process.
Ensures that the procurement of goods and services is coordinated with the appropriate parties and for the respective areas of responsibility within the signing authority limits and in compliance with the procurement guidelines.
Checks operational feasibility of contracts with customers and customer purchase orders.
Partners with sales and engineering staff to manage and handle customer orders and projects.
Ensures that the inventory levels are properly maintained by continually tracking and monitoring the inventory using the in-house order processing system.
Oversees material requests to determine appropriate product utilization ensuring compliance to the company product strategy.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field is not essential but preferred

They provide a range of services including demolition, enabling works, RC sub and superstructures, bridge structures, underground structures, structural alterations, temporary works and retained facades.
Due to continuing success they have a vacancy for a commercial manager. The role will be based from their head offices in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of a number of ongoing contracts. Candidates should have previous experience as Senior QS / Commercial Manager and have experience of similar types of work as mentioned above.

The company has a vacancy for a Commercial Manager. The role will be based in Riyadh on a major mixed use development comprising numerous high rise buildings. Our client is looking for candidates with the following:
- Extensive main contracting experience
- Tertiary education and membership of profession organization such as MRICS, MCIARB, MCInstCES
- Good range of projects including mixed use, high rise, hotel, office, retail developments and infrastructure works
- Ability to manage teams, leading to successful commercial outcome
- Has experience in preparing claims, leading negotiations/settlements and leading arbitration proceedings
- Preferably at least 10 years overseas experience in GCC or MENA regions.
Salary up to SAR 60K
